Refund policy

Please contact us at judawnonline@gmail.com for any return or refund questions within 14 days of receipt. 

Any items that are returned without contacting us first will not be refunded. This includes refused or abandoned packages. 

*If an order is undeliverable and is returned to us, you will be charged shipping again to have it resent. 

If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. We will not be able to replace, reship or refund, if the 14 days has expired.

Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

There will be a 10% restocking fee for any and all returns. 

All returns must be in new and unopened/unused condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have any obvious odor will not be refunded. Any used items are not eligible for return. 

We do not offer returns on any shop cut yardage, precut bundles, kits, books or patterns.
