Overdressed Quilt Pattern by Anna Maria Parry

When you have gorgeously oversized prints, you can let them do the heavy lifting. I designed this quilt to pair the bold florals and butterflies of Overdressed with twelve beautiful Northcott solids that are my "happy place" this season. The bright narrow stripes of color intersecting at little 9-patches are the perfect accent to the confident florals in this collection. While you can mix and match solids however you like, I've offered the specific recipe that I used to achieve the feature quilt. The large squares sitting on point add just the bit of playfulness to balance the drama of the color and scale.
